Cancellation policy and other terms and conditions: By scheduling an appointment with The Energy Healing Center of NH, hereinafter TEHCNH, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

TEHCNH will make every attempt to make your experience comfortable and relaxing for you during any intuitive energy healing session or any other service offered. You understand and accept however, that no particular results are guaranteed, nor does everyone experience any particular de stressing, relaxation or other sensation, pleasant or otherwise, nor is any other particular result guaranteed in any service offered by TEHCNH. By participating in the services offered you agree to hold TEHCNH harmless and release TEHCNH from any liability whatsoever, in perpetuity, for any sensations or emotions that arise or don’t arise during the course of and after any energy healing service, or any information conveyed during any energy healing service or crystal and/ or tarot/oracle reading or mediation services, which are to be considered for entertainment and spiritual self help purposes only.

In exchange for your payment in the previously agreed upon amount, TEHCNH will perform an intuitive energy healing session or individual energy healing service, in person or distantly, or other spiritual self help service (crystal/oracle/tarot reading, mediation service) tailor made to your needs. In respectful consideration of new customers, TEHCNH will include the ability for a new customer to end the session before 20 minutes have passed, at which point you will receive a refund for the previously paid amount (minus a $10 processing fee). Any session that surpasses the 20 minute mark will not receive any refunds, all sales will be considered final at this point. As stated previously, no particular result or information is guaranteed, and absolutely no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction resulting from any sensation, or lack of relaxation or other sensation during or after an energy healing service, or any information provided or not provided during any of the other enumerated spiritual self help services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice will be required for a full refund or to reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment, and/or do not call to inform us that you can’t make it, no refunds or rescheduling will be available. Cancellations and rescheduling that occur the same day as your appointment, will result in a 50% refund.

Promptness is required. If you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be available, as we must take our next client.

Additional terms of agreement:

You further agree and acknowledge and understand the fact that any and all suggestions and information provided by TEHCNH are for spiritual self help and entertainment purposes only and should not be the sole or any factor for that matter used by you in making life decisions. You therefore agree to waive any and all rights to claim TEHCNH be at fault for any damages that may result from any actions taken by you based upon the aforementioned spiritual self help/entertainment information and suggestions.

This language represents the entire agreement reached between both parties (you and TEHCNH) and any prior agreements that both parties may have previously entered into, shall be hereby merged into this agreement. Should any portion of this agreement be deemed unenforceable by an official court, that portion shall be permanently removed from this agreement, and the remaining agreement shall remain fully enforceable by any further courts of Law.

For your reference, this agreement may be terminated by TEHCNH at any time for any reason. Should the agreement be terminated, you forfeit any and all funds that have been paid to TEHCNH and any remaining balances shall be rendered null and void.

Should a dispute arise, both parties hereby agree to appear at Pre-Suit Mediation in Hillsborough County NH, and make a good faith effort to resolve said conflict in this matter, and be bound by any decision of the mediator. In the event of any legal matter arising between the parties, the entire measure of damages may not exceed the fee paid in exchange for services; should you prevail in such a case where a lawsuit has been filed, the parties agree that the amount of damages will be limited to a refund of the requisite fee and nothing more. Further, the prevailing party in any legal action between these two parties, shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and any and all costs and penalties suffered in connection with the aforementioned legal action. The venue for any lawsuit filed shall reside only in Hillsborough County NH. You further acknowledge that the laws of the State of New Hampshire shall apply to any action and govern this agreement.

By scheduling services with TEHCNH you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
